Abstract: This article mainly introduces the five-phase power monitoring system of Maotai Liquor Factory. It uses smart power meters to collect various electrical parameters and switching signals at the distribution site. The system adopts on-site local networking method. After networking, it communicates via the field bus and transmits it to the background. The Acrel-2000 power monitoring system realizes the real-time monitoring of power distribution circuit substations in substations.

1 Overview:
The Acrel-2000 system introduced in this paper is a set of centralized monitoring systems for high and low voltage power distribution systems developed with computer detection and programmable technology. It can realize centralized management of central substations and mining substations and On duty, for improving the power supply system. System reliability and economic performance indicators are widely used in power, chemical, defense, building materials, municipal, schools, hospitals, construction, transportation, metallurgy and Other industries. This article introduces the monitoring of the power of the New District (Five Factory) in Maotai Distillery.
2 Project Introduction
The Kweichow Moutai Distillery Group consists of nearly 20 Chinese Kweichow Moutai Liquor Co., Ltd., Kweichow Moutai Distillery Group Technology Development Co., Ltd., Kweichow Moutai Distillery Group Liquor Co., Ltd., and its wholly-owned subsidiary, holding company, and share-holding company. The composition of the company, the industrial areas covered by the group include Maotai Liquor, gift box liquor, puree wine, beer, wine, wine, securities, banking, insurance, property, scientific research and so on.
In order to strengthen the scientific management of electricity consumption in the new district of Maotai Distillery and increase the utilization of electric energy, a new electric monitoring system is required for the new factory of Maotai Distillery. The scope of monitoring of this project is: mainly for the electricity use of the new area of ​​Maotai Distillery. Monitoring, the monitoring scope is mainly 0.4KV power status analysis, monitoring of two special transformers within the 4-circuit outlet loop, 8-circuit reactive power compensation, 2-way bus coupler and 87 feeder circuit electric parameters, Anke Rui Electric In November 2010, the joint-stock company undertook the system integration of the new plant of Maotai Brewery, and selected the ACREL-2000 power monitoring system for our company according to the actual needs of the substation.
3 system design

4 Acrel-2000 power monitoring system main functions
4.1 Data Acquisition and Processing
Data acquisition is the basis of power distribution monitoring. Data collection is mainly accomplished by the underlying multi-function network instrumentation, realizing local real-time display of remote data. The signals that need to be collected include: three-phase voltage U , three-phase current I , Frequency Hz , power P , power factor COS φ, electrical power Epi , and remote device operating status.
The data processing mainly displays the electrical parameters collected according to requirements in real time and accurately to the user, so as to meet the requirements of automation and intelligence of the power distribution monitoring, and store the collected data in the database for user query.
4.2 Human-computer interaction
The system provides simple, easy to use, and good user interface. Using Chinese interface, CAD graphic shows the main electrical wiring diagram of the low-voltage distribution system, shows the status of the distribution system equipment and the corresponding real-time operating parameters, the screen timing patrol switching, real-time dynamic refresh of the screen, analog display, digital display, continuous Record display and so on.
4.3 Operating load curve
The load trend curve function is mainly responsible for regularly collecting incoming lines and important loop current and power load parameters, and automatically generating running load trend curves to facilitate users to know the operating load status of the equipment in a timely manner. Click the corresponding button or menu item of the screen to complete the switching of the corresponding function; you can view the real-time trend curve or historical trend line; you can perform operations such as pan, zoom, and range conversion on the selected curve to help the user enter the line trend.
Potential analysis and fault recall provide intuitive and convenient software support for analyzing the operating status of the entire system .
4.4 Database Establishment and Query
It mainly completes the remote measurement and remote signal acquisition, and establishes a database to generate reports regularly for users to query and print.
4.5 Remote Report Query
The main function of the report management program is to design the report style according to the needs of the user, and the data processed in the system is filtered, combined and statistically generated to generate the report data required by the user. This program can also be based on the needs of users of the report file to save, print or summon save, print mode. At the same time, this program also provides users with management functions for generated report files.
The report has the functions of freely setting the query time to realize daily, monthly, and annual energy statistics, data export, and report printing.
4.6 Diachronic Events
The duration event viewing interface provides users with easy and friendly human-computer interaction by viewing the fault records, signal records, operation records, and over-limit recordings that have occurred. You can view the platform through historical events. You can easily locate the fault according to your requirements and query conditions. The historical events that you want to view provide you with good software support for the overall system operation.
4.7 User Rights Management
For different levels of users, different permission groups are set to prevent the losses caused by human misoperation to production and life, and to realize the safe and reliable operation of the distribution system. You can use user management to perform user login, user logout, password change, and add/delete operations to facilitate user modification of accounts and permissions.
5 Maotai Winery New District Case Study
In this project , the monitoring of the electricity use in the new area of ​​Moutai Distillery is mainly conducted. The monitoring scope is mainly the analysis of 0.4KV power consumption status, and the monitoring of the 4 transformer outlet loops, 8 reactive power compensation and 2 circuits in 2 special transformers. Parent-linked cabinets and 87 ordinary feeder circuit electrical parameters, two substations specifically 80 meters, the use of shielded twisted pair signal upload directly to the monitoring duty room.
Using hierarchical distributed system architecture, the monitoring center host Duty 1 is placed, the communication server 2, a UPS power supply, and a printer alarm buzzer. The monitoring system adopts a hierarchical distributed structure, namely, station control layer, communication layer and bay layer; the connection of specific equipment is shown in the figure below ( 1 ).

Interval equipment layer mainly includes: multi-function network power meter, switch quantity, analog acquisition module and intelligent circuit breaker. These devices are corresponding to the corresponding primary equipment installed in the electrical cabinet, these devices are used RS485 communication interface, through the on-site MODBUS bus network communication, data acquisition on the spot.
The main network communication layer is: a communication server. The main function of the communication server is to collect the scattered data at the site collection device, and transmit it to the station control layer at the same time, to complete the data exchange between the field layer and the station control layer.
Station control management: equipped with high-performance industrial computers, monitors, UPS power supplies, printers, alarm buzzer and other equipment. The monitoring system is installed on the computer to collect and display the operating status of the field equipment and display it to the user in the form of human-computer interaction.
The above network instruments all use RS485 communication interface and MODBUS-RTU communication protocol. RS485 adopts shielded wire transmission. Generally, two wires are used for connection. The connection is simple and convenient; the communication interface is half duplex communication, that is, both parties can receive and communicate in the same Only data can be sent or received at a time . The maximum data transfer rate is 10Mbps . The RS485 interface is a combination of balanced drivers and differential receivers. It has enhanced noise immunity and allows up to 32 devices to be connected on the bus. The maximum transmission distance is 1.2 km .
6 system function
The system function module is divided into 5 blocks, including real-time data display, system load curve, electricity report, alarm, user management. The following describes the function of each module.
The real-time data display function is mainly based on the primary distribution system diagram of the distribution system of the Maotai Distillery New District. Through this diagram, the user can clearly see the structure of the distribution system, and can observe the system power consumption in real time, and label the use of the circuit. Make the distribution system's direction more clear. In addition, the name of the circuit can be changed at any time according to the user's needs. However, the change permission is set here. The user can log in and enter the password correctly to change the name of the circuit, voltage, current and other routines. The electrical parameters can also be viewed on a schematic interface. The load trend curve interface allows you to visually check the load operation of the loop. View real-time and historical trend curves, click the corresponding button or menu item to complete the switching of corresponding functions; help the user to enter the trend analysis and fault recall, with curve printing function. The function of the electrical parameter report is mainly used to query the electrical parameters of the low-voltage outlet circuits. Supports electrical parameter query at any time, with functions such as data export and report printing. The report queries the electrical parameters of all outlet loops in the substation, including: three-phase current, active power, active power, and transformer temperature. The names of the loops in this report are associated with the database to facilitate the user to modify the loop name. See Figure ( 4 )

The electricity consumption report function can select the time period to inquire, supports the accumulated electricity inquiry at any time, and has the functions of data export and report printing. Provide accurate and reliable power report for duty personnel. The names of the loops in this report are associated with the database to facilitate the user to modify the loop name. As shown in the figure below, the precise power consumption of each distribution circuit in a certain period of time in the fitness center can be displayed. The user can print the report directly, and can save it in EXCEL format to another location. See Figure (5).

Accident alarm and recall: For electric duty personnel, the real-time and accuracy of the trip alarm is a very important indicator. The alarm function customized by the user in the power monitoring system is mainly used for the breaker closing of the low voltage circuit breaker in the power distribution room. Alarm sounds are given through the alarm window and external speakers. The low-voltage feed-out circuit breaker of the on-duty personnel is dislocated. According to the contents displayed in the alarm window, the alarm loop can be immediately located and responded to ensure the stable operation of the power distribution system. See Figure ( 6 )

For different levels of users, set different permissions to facilitate the management of different permissions on the system for different operations, to achieve the security and reliable operation of the distribution system. Through user management, users can log in, log out users, change passwords, and add and delete operations. This facilitates the user's modification of accounts and permissions.
7 operation effect
Prior to the application of the Acrel-2000 power monitoring system, the electricity used throughout the plant area was basically meter-reading, and a large amount of human resources was invested. The on-site equipment operation status could not be controlled by the on-duty personnel in time, increasing the hidden dangers during the operation of the equipment. After completion of the Acrel-2000 power monitoring system, the electric watchman has been reduced, real-time monitoring of on-site information has been achieved, and various energy reports, analysis curves, and graphs have been generated to facilitate remote meter reading and analysis and research of electric energy; alarm window The pop-up helps remind the on-duty personnel to check the operating status of the field equipment in time. Through the application of the alarm window, the electrical faults are eliminated, the on-duty personnel are made safer, the implementation of the whole work is also more humanized, the maintenance personnel are easy to define the equipment condition, a detailed equipment maintenance plan is formulated, the human input is reduced, the work efficiency is increased, and the work efficiency is reduced. The operating costs of the entire system.
After the system is released by WEB , it not only supports LAN browsing, but also applies to wide area network Internet . This also means that the managers of Maotai Distillery can view all the production and power conditions in the new district and the working conditions of the employees in real time through the wide area network. This system provides modern management and analysis tools for production managers and equipment maintenance personnel. Since the power monitoring system was put into operation, the employees’ assessments are well documented, rewards and punishments are all based on sound data, production and management have been significantly improved, and the factory’s production efficiency has also been significantly improved. The software function is for the production manager: it is simple, convenient and quick to satisfy the management of the staff; for the staff on the production line: its assessment rules are fair and just. So since the system was running, the software has been well received by the company's employees.
